Lancashire CC TPO No 6 1953 - 26-01, 26-02 and 26-03 - Three cherry laurel (Prunus laurocerasus) - growing as understorey shrubs immediately behind the gate (shown on the attached photographs "laurel 1–3" and "gate 1", and on the sketch map). Cut back the lateral branches overhanging the footpath by up to approximately 2-3 metres, sufficient to clear the line of the path and restore safe passage. Cuts to be made cleanly back to a suitable growth point or branch junction.
